view of the Vas (ductus) deferens shows its small lumen lined by pseudostratified
epithelium and the thick muscular coat. The muscle coat is composed of three
layers of smooth muscle: outer longitudinal, middle circular and inner longitudinal.
The outer longitudinal layer is surrounded by adventitia.
